Wightlink are advising customers of 60-minute delays on their Fishbourne-Portsmouth service today (Friday).
The cross-Solent operator says that the delay is a result of an earlier electrical issue.
Customers are being urged to continue to check-in for their booked sailing time.
Wightlink apologises for any changes to your travel plans.

And no, we do not want a fixed link.
But if luck stops all half term holiday makers coming over
With the mention of fixed link by Joe Bloggs isn’t it strange how with the virus nobody
seems to be supporting the idea anymore. Funny that.
Please it is time for a fixed link , it’s only the old nearly extinct islander that object
Go and live on mainland problem sorted
Absolute rubbish . Where do you get your facts from?
If that was a genuine comment and not just to wind people up, your opinion has been aired, and now you will see how popular that comment is, or perhaps those of us not old and nearly extinct Islanders will come to your defence and give you heavy support. Lets see shall we!
If you don’t like living on an island, feel free to move back to the mainland. We like our island as it is complete with the minor inconveniences.
Not many true islanders supported it anyway. Contrary to what Tony tollbridge says we are not all fossils and if overners want it why did they move to an island in the first place?
I am only 35 and i object
Fixed link Hahahah!!! Muppets that want this!!! Christ the island can just about keep its head above the parapet with Newport traffic works let alone thousands of vehicles arriving daily having a fixed link. You’ll literally have to walk to work or cycle Hahahahah.
