UPDATED: Emergency services are attending a 2-car crash on Rolls Hill near Thorness this afternoon (Friday).
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service, Police and the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were all called to the scene at around 14:00.
The road has been closed in both directions.
UPDATE – Serious injuries are said to have been sustained in the smash.
The road has now reopened.
