Some of music’s biggest hits will echo across Seaclose Park next summer as Robbie Williams, Fatboy Slim and Kings of Leon head to the Isle of Wight Festival, as the first wave of artists has been announced this morning (Friday).
The festival will return from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th June 2027, with a packed line-up featuring major international stars, chart-topping acts and emerging talent.
The 2027 event will mark the 25th edition of the iconic music festival since its revival in 2002, with 3 major headline acts set to entertain thousands of festivalgoers across the weekend.
Legendary DJ Fatboy Slim, pop superstar Robbie Williams and American rock band Kings of Leon will take centre stage, bringing a mix of dance anthems, singalong hits and rock classics to the Island.
It will be a welcome return for Robbie Williams, who last headlined the festival in 2023, closing the Sunday night with a spectacular set that ended with his hit Angels and a fireworks display. Kings of Leon are also no strangers to Seaclose Park, having brought the 2014 festival to a close with a 90-minute performance.
Fatboy Slim will meanwhile return to the festival having previously entertained crowds in 2019, when he appeared alongside the likes of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, George Ezra and Biffy Clyro.
Other acts announced today include 5 Seconds of Summer, Bastille, Becky Hill, Courteeners, Inhaler, Jack Savoretti, Kaiser Chiefs, Myles Smith, Rudimental, Scouting For Girls, The Cardigans and T’Pau.
Several familiar faces will also be returning to Seaclose Park, including Courteeners and Scouting For Girls, who both performed at the 2023 event. Kaiser Chiefs previously entertained festivalgoers in 2021, whilst Bastille was among the acts on the 2017 bill.
Rudimental will also be making a return, having previously appeared at the festival in 2014.
Also joining the 2027 line-up are Aaron Rowe, Cruz Beckham & The Breakers, Keo, The Lilacs, Logicaltramp and the Rick Parfitt Jnr Band.
Organisers have confirmed that even more artists are set to be announced in the coming months.
Speaking about the 2027 line-up, festival director Caroline Giddings has said:
“Fatboy Slim, Robbie Williams and Kings of Leon each bring something different to the weekend. With Becky Hill, Bastille and Myles Smith also on the bill, there’s a real mix of artists for different generations and tastes, and there’s still more to come.
“We put a lot of thought into what happens beyond the main stages, too. The food, the entertainment and the spaces where people can spend time together are all part of what makes it a special weekend on the Island.”
