Firefighters from Freshwater, Newport and Yarmouth tackled a caravan fire near Shalfleet overnight.
3 appliances were mobilised to land near London Farm on Main Road at just gone 01:20 following reports of a caravan and vehicle ablaze.
Less than an hour later the water carrier from Freshwater was requested to help with the firefighting efforts.
Crews successfully extinguished the blaze, however both the caravan and vehicle were destroyed.
Hampshire Constabulary have been informed of the incident, with arson being considered as a possible cause.
