Shanklin & Godshill’s fell 2 runs short of beating Old Tautonians & Romsey at Westhill. After being put in to bat by Shanklin, the visiting side were bowled out for 228 in the 40th over, with Harry Moore (3-42) taking a treble of wickets for the home side. Shanklin somehow contrived to lose by just 2 runs with 4 wickets in hand despite powerful innings from from Seb Egerton-Read (93) and Olly Niemiec (55).
