UPDATED: An appeal has been launched by Police to help locate missing Ian Millett, who hasn’t been seen since Friday.
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary are following several lines of enquiry into Mr Millet’s disappearance, including the possibility that he is on the Isle of Wight.
56-year-old Ian was last seen in Southsea at 23:30 on Friday night, but has not been seen since. Police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
UPDATE @ 19:57 – It has been confirmed that Mr Millett was last seen boarding the hovercraft from Southsea at 09:05 on Saturday morning – over 2 days ago.
Mr Millet’s partner has today appealed for Islanders to keep an eye out for Ian, who is believed to still be on the Island.
Ian Millett is described as white, 5ft 6in tall and of slim build. He has short, spike grey hair with a bald patch. He was last seen to be wearing a green polo shirt, blue jeans and a grey and black short jacket.
UPDATE TUESDAY @ 10:45 – Missing Ian Millett has been found safe and well on the Isle of Wight, according to Police.
