Like to know how they managed to scoop such prestigious awards. Left us high and dry when our landlord claimed he wanted to sell up only to find it was given to a family member. Merrie so called bank who promised whatever happens if a landlord decides to sell would make sure we would be supported in finding another property, we wouldn’t have to worry…yea right … silence from that moment on, never asked us how we were getting on…nothing. Right upto finding another property with another agent …not a word … should practice what you preach…prestigious award my ass.
