A family were taken to St Mary’s Hospital yesterday evening (Friday) after the car they were travelling in collided with a tree before rolling onto it’s roof.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Victoria Avenue, Shanklin near to the junction with Highfield Road shortly before 19:00.
Two children and a woman were attended to by paramedics before being transferred to St Mary’s Hospital with minor injuries.
Fire crews from Shanklin attended the incident, alongside Police, who closed the road for a short period.
