THE TEA HOUSE BRINGS SOUTHERN SOUL FOOD TO VENTNOR

The Tea House in Ventnor has teamed up with Call It What You Want to bring the deep south home.

Call It What You Want have been operating their takeaway service throughout lockdown from their hub on Cowes High Street. Now, their ‘Subject To Change’ menu is available from The Tea House in Ventnor.

This collaboration will add a brand new takeaway experience to the southern coast of the Island with a range of locally sourced southern creole soul food, including Witching Hour Rack of Ribs, Habanero Hot Chicken thighs, and an array of Jambalaya mixes. The menu is a mouth-watering smorgasbord of authentic spice from the Lower 48.

Both The Tea House and Call It What you Want have worked diligently to offer a menu using largely Island sourced produce, pulling Cheverton Farm into the mix with their organic range of meats.

Mark from Call It What You Want says:

“It’s important to support local business in the wake of everything that has happened this year, and we are so excited to be able to offer this great menu with The Tea House”.

The Tea House will be offering this tantalising takeaway service from today (Thursday 30th July) and will be available Thursday-Saturday thereafter. Orders need to be placed with The Tea House via their Facebook or phone line (01983 856478) before 17:00 on the day of collection.
