3 members of staff at Orchard House are celebrating the remarkable achievement of being part of the team for a whopping 15 years.
Carol King (Hospitality Manager), Alison Davis (Hostess) and Dennis Pedrozo (Night Clinical Lead) have all reached the milestone of working for Barchester for 15 years, ever since the care home opened back in 2007. They have worked with residents and their families to ensure that their needs have been met over the years.
As a result, the trio recently received prestigious awards from Barchester Healthcare.
Jane McFarlane, Employee Services Director at Barchester said:
“I’m always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester Staff and am delighted to have not one, three members achieve this milestone. It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live.”
Kim Fleming, General Manager of Orchard House said:
“We’re delighted to be celebrating 15 years of loyal service with this trio. It is an amazing achievement to have 3 members of the team all reach such a great milestone. We are proud of them all and we hope that they continue with us for many years to come”.
When asked how she had found the last 15 years, Carol said:
“It has been a real privilege to watch the home evolve, and to transform into the beautiful home it is now.”

This celebration is rich , as NHS staff doing twice the time in commitment get very little if any recognition
Are you taking the p**s !
It is all you hear about !
