Sky customers across the Isle of Wight are being hampered by Broadband and Talk connectivity problems for the second day running.
The frustrating situation began yesterday with a number of Islanders from different towns and villages reporting issues connecting to the internet. However, the issue only seemed to be affecting some customers.
Now, Sky has confirmed that there is a problem across the entire South East and in Wales, which means some customers might not be able to get online or make/receive phone calls. It’s unclear why only some parts of the Island are affected.
Technical teams are said to have been working on the problem overnight and continue to work hard to restore services as soon as possible – although no further explanation has been given.
I’m in Shanklin and my sky internet is back on line.
