Police are investigating after 1 lamb had to be put down and another was injured after being attacked by what’s beleived to be a dog or dogs in a field at Cooks Castle Farm in Wroxall last week.
The incident happened sometime between 25th-29th June. It’s not known how many dogs were involved or if both attacks happened at the same time.
The fields where it happened are near to the Shanklin to Wroxall cycle path.
Officers are now asking for anyone who saw the attack or has any information about it to contact Police on 101, quoting 44170248154. They also advising people to make sure they keep their dogs on leads if walking them on the footpaths near the area or when near any livestock.
