A former council works depot on 0.76 acres of land at Victoria Crescent in Ryde, with planning permission for 5 houses, which had a freehold guide price of £150,000+, sold prior to auction. Joint auctioneers were Scotcher & Co. Both lots were among 165 listed across England in the July auction of Clive Emson Auctioneers. A number of other Island properties failed to sell, but may be listed again in future auctions… Bidding at the next auction by the firm, the 6h of 8 this year, is live from 16th September, concluding 48 hours later. The deadline for lot entries is 27th August, with the catalogue live on 31st August.
