Barratt Homes is reassuring its younger residents on the Island that Santa can safely deliver their presents this Christmas.
The team at the St George’s Gate development have put together a ‘Santa Safety Kit’ to ensure Father Christmas has all he needs to protect himself from COVID-19 as he moves from house to house this Christmas Eve.
Each kit will include a face mask, gloves and hand sanitiser for Santa, as well as some handy tissues to keep in Rudolph’s sneezes. Everything needed for a safe Christmas delivery in 2020!
Tammy Bishop, Sales Director at Barratt Homes welcomes this important safety step for both Santa and Barratt Homes’ homeowners. She said:
“There is one person that can’t be furloughed this year and that’s Father Christmas! We are determined to make sure he can deliver presents to our children as usual.
“With all he needs to protect himself and our residents, this Safety Kit will mean that one very important aspect of Christmas 2020 can carry on regardless of the pandemic.”
The safety kits will be given to all new homeowners moving into Barratt Homes’ developments across the region, including at St George’s Gate in Shide.

Perhaps Barratt’s should concentrate on fixing their new build houses rather than handing out nonsense like this
