Emergency services were called to Totland during the early hours of this morning (Monday) following reports of a man standing on the roof of a property.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the scene at ‘Northicote’ on Ward Road at around 02:45, prompting firefighters from nearby Freshwater and Yarmouth to attend.
It is understood the gentleman was successfully talked down.
