Robin Hill Adventure Park is set to launch 2026 with mud, laughter and community spirit as it hosts the Robin Hill Mudder Run on Saturday (3rd January).
The event will take place across the park’s woodland and hillside trails, offering a fun and energetic day out for runners of all ages and fitness levels. Participants can expect muddy obstacles, water crossings and a few surprises along the route before joining a post-race celebration with live music, food and drink in the park’s lower valley.
This year’s event features three races: a 1K Mini Mudder for children aged 4-14 starting at 10:00, and two longer options – 5K and 10K challenges for those aged 14 and over, with staggered starts between 11:00 and 13:00.
Tickets are priced at £12.00 for the Mini Mudder and £18.00 for the 5K and 10K runs. From each ticket sold, £2.00 will be donated to the Robin Hill Fund at WightAID, which supports families in need across the Isle of Wight.
Matt Townsend, Activity Instructor at Robin Hill, has said:
“This is the perfect way to start the year – outdoors, active, and covered in mud!
“The Mudder Run is designed to bring people together, have fun, and make a difference to a local cause at the same time.”
All finishers will receive a medal, and optional Mudder Run t-shirts can be pre-ordered. Access to the event’s post-run festival area is included with entry.
Spaces are limited and early booking is recommended. Tickets are available now at www.robin-hill.co.uk by selecting the ‘Tickets and Passes’ option.
