Red Funnel hosted its 2nd Customer Forum of 2023 recently with a group of Island residents at Northwood House.
The Customer Forums are an opportunity for Islanders to meet in person with senior members of Red Funnel’s Senior Leadership Team to ask questions and hear updates from the company. The last Customer Forum was in February.
The May Customer Forum was attended by Fran Collins, CEO, and other Red Funnel team members who manage a wide area of the business, including Customer Services and Communications, Operations, Accessibility, and Onboard services.
The group discussed a range of key topics during the 3-hour event, including accessibility, onboard facilities, reliability and customer service.

“Within this, we have launched our Island Ambassador programme, a travel sponsorship programme to champion and support talent from the Island. We have also been working with Planet Aware, supporting beach cleans and beach surveys around the Island, in which a number of our team have already taken part with plans for more events to come.
