Age UK Isle of Wight has teamed up with Isle Support You to spread some joy to older Islanders.
Using the colours of the Age UK Isle of Wight Rainbow, parents are being urged to get children to colour in 2 rainbow posters – 1 for you to display in your own window and 1 for a neighbour, grandparent or local older Islander to display in their window.
Parents should simply pop the poster through their neighbour or loved one’s letterbox with a note when enjoying a daily walk!
Not only are you making the streets brighter during this dark time, but you are letting Islanders know that their local charity is offering help and support should they need it.
