UPDATED: Residents and businesses in the Sandown and Lake areas are without power this evening (Saturday).
A total of 95 areas were hit by an outage at 18:29, however power has already been restored to 32 of them. Power remains off for PO36 8xx and PO36 9xx areas.
Southern and Scottish Energy (SSE) are working to restore a normal service to all of those affected and hope to have the fault rectified by 19:30
UPDATE @ 19:15 – 198 customers remain without power this evening, however engineers are working to fully restore the network by 21:00.
SSE apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
