POLICE CALLED TO FISHBOURNE AFTER UNEXPECTED DEATH OF MAN IN HIS 30S

A file is being prepared for the coroner following the sudden death of a man in his 30s in Fishbourne last night (Wednesday). Police and paramedics were called to the Quarr Lane area, just off Fishbourne Lane, shortly after 20:00. The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service mobilised an ambulance crew and an operational commander to the scene. A number of Police units were also mobilised. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary says the death is not being treated as unexplained or suspicious, with a file being prepared for HM Coroner Caroline Sumeray.
