POLICE CALLED TO BREAK-IN AT FRESHWATER SUPERMARKET

Police were alerted to a break-in at a supermarket in Freshwater first thing this morning (Saturday).

The front door of Sainsbury’s Local on School Green Road had been smashed at some point overnight.

Hampshire Constabulary say they were called to the supermarket at 05:45.

It is unclear at this time what, if anything, was stolen.

There must be CCTV footage and someone will know who the guilty party is and if they are decent human beings will inform the police
