Police are seeking a motorcyclist who is alleged to have grabbed a teenager’s bottom as she walked along the road in Ryde yesterday (Sunday).
At around 15:30, an 18-year-old woman was on Upper Highland Road, Oakfield, when she was approached by an unknown male on a motorcycle.
It has been reported to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary that the male touched her bottom, over her clothing, and then rode off when challenged.
Officers investigating the sexual assault would like to speak to anyone with information about this incident or the identity of the motorcyclist, who is described as ‘fat’ and wearing a beige hoodie.

It has also been reported to Island Echo that a 14-year-old girl was approached by a male on a motorcycle on Grenville Drive, Haylands just a few hours later, at around 19:45 yesterday evening (Sunday). It’s alleged the motorcyclist attempted to steal the teenager’s phone.
