A light aircraft ended up nose-first in a ditch at Sandown Airport over the weekend.
The plane, which Island Echo understands is currently up for sale, was left up-ended in a ditch at the end of the runway on Saturday.
A Sandown Airport spokesperson has since confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
It is unclear how the Piper Cherokee 180C ended up in the precarious position.
