No serious injuries have been sustained in a crash between 2 cars on the main road through Yarmouth tonight (Saturday).
Police and paramedics are currently on scene at Tennyson Road, where a Volvo and a second car have come together at the junction with Basketts Lane.
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service has an ambulance crew, a critical care paramedic and a senior officer in attendance checking over those involved.
The crash occurred at around 19:00 – just an hour after a more serious collision in Central Wight, between Rookley and Niton.
The road remains open in both directions whilst recovery is arranged.
Doesn’t surprise me all the crashes on this
small island, I have seen the way Numpty’s drive
day in day out.
And so it keeps happening ..more shit don’t know how to drive twats..
I am always reading about how you are all fed up with the standard of driving on the Island. So instead of writing to the paper, keep writing to where it matters, the Council, Police etc. Bombard them with your anger.
