Newport IW Football Club’s Under 13s team are celebrating the end of another successful season.
Although suffering a defeat of 3-0 by Sholing in the Hampshire Cup Final, the youth squad are league winners for the third year running and are also back-to-back winners of the Island Cup.
The 2016 season has also seen the Under 13s side win the ‘fair play award’ at the ESF Butlins tournament in Bognor.
Graham Snow of the club said:
“Well done all, a fantastic season. You can all hold your heads up high after the season you have had”.
