Shanklin & Sandown Golf Club held their annual Christmas Mixed Foursomes, for the Marsh Trophies, on Sunday.
The day was very breezy but stayed dry for the 44 players who took part in the competition.
Mulled wine and mince pies were enjoyed half way round and play was followed by soup in the clubhouse.
Winners Shawn Ford and Linda Piche scored a brilliant 38 points. Second, on countback, were Bill Foss and Sarah Hammond with 36 points and in third were Nat Riddett and Lucy Burke, also with 36 points.
