A cyclist suffered minor injuries following a collision with a car at a busy junction on the outskirts of Cowes this morning (Monday). The incident occurred at the junction of Place Road and Three Gates Road and saw a car collide with a cyclist. Officers from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary and paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service – including a Critical Care Paramedic – were called to the scene having been alerted just before 09:30. Police have confirmed that the cyclist suffered minor injuries.
