The Mindset Bros team have announced the launch of their brand-new podcast, Mindset Bros Unfiltered, a bold and honest series focused on real conversations around men’s mental health, personal struggle, growth, and resilience.
Series 1 is proudly sponsored by PC Consultants, the hugely successful Isle of Wight–based IT company. The launch comes at a poignant time, as PC Consultants recently announced with great sadness the loss of their Chairman and co-founder, Sean Colson.
Sean founded PC Consultants over 30 years ago alongside Mike Parsons, helping to grow the business from its earliest days into one of the Island’s most respected and forward-thinking companies. Sean was a driving force behind its success and instilled a strong ethos of opportunity for people regardless of background or academic achievement—values that remain deeply embedded within the company today.
This ethos was formally recognised when PC Consultants received The King’s Award for Enterprise in 2025 at Osborne House, an event Sean was proud to attend.
Beyond business, Sean will be remembered for his generosity, compassion, and unwavering support of charities, good causes, and individuals across the Isle of Wight. Among those causes was Mindset Bros, which he supported from its early days as both a sponsor and a friend.
His passing has come as a huge shock to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy—of kindness, opportunity, and community impact—will continue.
Mindset Bros Unfiltered will release a new episode every two weeks, launching Sundays at 18:00, and will feature raw, unfiltered conversations designed to challenge stigma and encourage men to speak openly.
