Mindset Bros held their 18th monthly men’s mental health meet-up yesterday (Thursday), with 35 men attending the latest gathering at Luccombe Hall Hotel on the Isle of Wight.
The event, which was generously sponsored by the hotel, offered a safe and relaxed space for men to connect, share their experiences and support each other.
Organisers say the meet-ups have continued to grow in both numbers and impact, helping to foster friendships and promote open conversations around mental health.
Mindset Bros thanked all those who attended, recognising both first-time visitors and regulars who have helped shape the group since its launch. The initiative is part of an ongoing effort to provide peer support and reduce the stigma surrounding men’s mental wellbeing.
To mark the end of the year, Mindset Bros have announced their Christmas Party will take place on Thursday 18th December at The Tee Hut. The evening promises a festive celebration of the group’s work throughout 2025, with more details to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Mindset Bros CIC runs free monthly events, walk and talks, and practical support initiatives aimed at improving men’s mental health across the Isle of Wight. All men are welcome, and no booking is required.
