Monday 25th September – Friday 29th September 2023
• Raymond Skelly, 45, of Greenbank in Hadfield, pleaded guilty to 4x theft from a shop. He was sentenced to 24 weeks in custody. He was ordered to pay a £154 surcharge fee.
• Louise Healey, 38, of East Hill Road in Ryde, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and exceeding the speed limit. She was banned from driving for 2 years and fined £100. She was also ordered to pay costs of £86 and a £72 surcharge fee.
• Douglas Atkinson, 31, of Amherst Place in Ryde, pleaded guilty to drug driving (Cocaine). He was disqualified from driving for 29 months and sentenced to a 12-month community order with 185 hours of unpaid work attached. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £114 victim surcharge fee.
• Joe Male, 24, of Avenue Road in Sandown pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property under £5,000. He was ordered to pay compensation of £204.75 to Aldi.
• Michael Jurich, 37, of Goldsmid Road in Reading pleaded guilty to drug driving (BZE). He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £48 surcharge fee.
• Anthony Serjent, 45, care of Fitzroy Street in Sandown, pleaded guilty to 2x criminal damage and using threatening/abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress. He was fined £180 and ordered to pay compensation of £180 and £200 respectively.
• Jesse Pearce, 50 of Culver Parade in Sandown, pleaded guilty to possess a controlled of drug of class B (Cannabis). He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £32 surcharge fee.
• Mark Bance, 49, of Kite Hill in Wootton, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and racially/religiously aggravated common assault. He was fined £432 and ordered to pay costs of £300 and a £173 victim surcharge fee.
• Bonnie Haynes, 37, of Quarr Close in Ryde, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was handed a 26 months driving ban and issued with a 9-month community order with 15 rehabilitation days. She was fined £180 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge fee.
• Samuel Williams, 31, of Barton Road in Newport, pleaded guilty to drug driving (Cannabis). He was handed a 12 month driving ban and fined £375. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £150 surcharge fee.
• Maddy Allan-Williams, 19, of Godric Road in Newport pleaded guilty to common assault. She was given a 12-month community order with a 6-month alcohol treatment requirement, 30 rehabilitation days and 80 hours of unpaid work attached.

• Jake Dunkling, 34, of Nodgham Lane in Newport for criminal damage to property under £5,000.
