Monday 12th June – Friday 16th June 2023
• Lee Pitcher, 48, of High Street in Ryde pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. He was fined £246, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £98 surcharge fee.
• Kieran Beeney, 32, of Mary Rose Avenue, pleaded guilty to sending by public communication network an offensive message. He was fined £80.
• Ryan Kessell, 31, of Dunsbury Way in Havant pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150 and £85 costs.
• Luke Williams, 35, of St Johns Road in Ryde pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress. He was handed an 18-month community order with 35 rehabilitation days attached.
• Wendy Jones, 51, of Solent Gardens in Freshwater pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £648 and ordered to pay costs of £300 and a £259 surcharge fee.
• Carly Peacey, 37, of Slade Road in Ryde pleaded guilty to drug driving (THC). She was handed a 3-year driving ban and fined £120. She was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £48 surcharge fee.
• Andrew Marshall, 38, of Avenue Road in Sandown pleaded guilty to drug driving (THC) and driving without 3rd party insurance. He was banned from driving for 2 years and handed a 12-month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work attached. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge fee of £114.
• Shonna Hickling, 36, of Hulverstone Road in Brighstone pleaded guilty to drug driving (Benzoylecgonine). She was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £135. She was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £54 surcharge fee.
• Ross Minter, 45, of Whitcombe Road in Carisbrooke pleaded guilty to theft from a shop. He was handed a 12-month community order with a 9-month treatment requirement and 15 hours of unpaid work attached. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £160 to B&Q.
• Philip Ryan, 31, of Alexandra Road in Cowes pleaded guilty to assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. He was handed a 16-month community order with 20 rehabilitation activity days and 240 hours of unpaid work attached. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200, costs of £85 and a £114 victim surcharge fee.

• Sarah Adams, 35, of Sandown Road for fraud by false representation.
• Timothy Young, 55, of Spring Gardens in Lyncroft for 2x assault by beating of an emergency worker and resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.
• Andrew Taylor, 42, of Fort Street in Sandown for theft from a shop and fail to surrender to court.
