A large section of a sea stack which stands isolated from the cliff face at Freshwater has collapsed into the sea.
An eagle-eyed Island Echo reader has shared photographs showing the extent of the collapse, which comes following a weekend of strong winds and torrential rain.
The missing section will make a noticeable difference to the thousands of photographs which are taken at Freshwater Bay each year.
