A plot off Staplers Road, Newport is guided freehold at £175,000 to £185,000. It comprises 15.29 acres of land, including 4 lakes previously used for fishing. Hose, Rhodes, Dickson of Newport is the joint auctioneer.

Other land going under the hammer includes a parcel measuring 0.37 hectares (0.92 acres) on the south side of Victoria Avenue in Shanklin. On the outskirts of Shanklin, it is guided freehold at £30,000 plus.
