2 Island businesses flew the flag for the Isle of Wight recently when they exhibited their produce at one of the South of England’s largest Catering shows.
Held at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), both the Island businesses had their stands in the ever popular ‘Liquid’ Hall which houses all that is best in the beverage side of the catering trade.
Representing the Island were The IOW Espresso Company and Island Brewery. Both had samples on hand for the hundreds of visitors at the show, which is organised by Hale Events.
Both Island companies are planning changes in the near future with The IOW Espresso Company expanding their business into new premises in St James’ Street, Newport (ex-Beavis) and Island Brewery planning a move from their Forest Road site to Northwood.
Held over 2 days this show has been held for a number of years and showcases all aspects of the catering trade.
Exhibitors and visitors travelled from all over the Southern region with some exhibitors showing regional goods with group exhibits from Hampshire Fare, Dorset Food & Drink and Taste of the West.
