A new private chef service has launched on the Isle of Wight, offering a unique dining experience that brings professional, restaurant-quality meals directly into homes, holiday lets, event spaces – and even yachts.
In-House Chef is redefining private dining by pairing clients with professional chefs who create bespoke menus tailored to individual tastes and occasions.
The service covers everything from holiday catering and dinner parties to weekly meal prep, weddings, retreats, corporate events, and even yacht and crew catering.
Leading the venture is Executive Chef Matt Egan, who brings a wealth of experience from some of the most prestigious kitchens on the Isle of Wight and beyond. Known for his creativity and fine dining finesse, Matt heads up a team of qualified chefs ready to deliver exceptional meals in private settings.
Matt Egan, Executive Chef, has said:
“Our goal is to make restaurant-level cuisine accessible in the comfort of your own home or chosen space.
“Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a milestone celebration, or weekly family meals, we create experiences that are personal, effortless and unforgettable.”
In‑House Chef has already announced a series of upcoming dining experiences on the Isle of Wight. This includes a Valentine’s In‑House Chef dinner at The Wellington Hotel on 13th/14th February and an official launch night at Island Sailing Club on Saturday 28th February.
