A new series of the UKTV Gold comedy The Cockfields, which is filmed and based on the Isle of Wight, will hit our screens next month.
It has been announced that the hit comedy, starring Joe Wilkinson, Sue Johnston, Susannah Fielding and Michele Dotrice, will return on Monday 8th November with a double-bill. Episodes will follow throughout the week and there will also be a Christmas special this year.
Sadly, the late Bobby Ball won’t be in this next instalment but Gregor Fisher – famous for his role in Love Actually, the Hamlet cigar advert and as Rab C. Nesbitt – joins the cast to take on the role of Ray.
It was back in July that filming of The Cockfields took place in locations across the Island such as Ryde, Sandown and Ventnor.
The Cockfields can be found on Gold – Sky 110, Virgin 124, BT 310, TalkTalk 310 and on NowTV.
