Meanwhile in Cowes, 3 Northwood Place at Terminus Road went for £92,000, which was £17,000 above the guide price. The second floor leasehold property boasts 2 bedrooms.
A building plot at Fishbourne Lane, Fishbourne which has planning permission in perpetuity and was guided freehold at £130-150,000, sold prior to auction.
The former NatWest business centre on Riverway, Newport, which had a guide price of £600,000-650,000, is now being auctioned in July.
