There may be a new lease of life for the site of a glass-blowing workshop on the Island as the glassworks at Madeira Lane, Freshwater goes to auction with a guide price of £300,000+.

The Glassworks is among 130 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, on 1st November.
