An Isle of Wight woman has been recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours List for 2025.
Charlotte Carter JP has been awarded an MBE for her service to the Administration of Justice across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Mrs Carter sits not only as a Magistrate on the East Hampshire Bench, but she is also a member of the Independent Monitoring Board for HMP Isle of Wight.
She lives in Freshwater.
