Let at £24,340.68 pa, a freehold commercial and residential investment at 34 High Street, Ryde, has a guide price of £195,000+ (lot 100).
On the remainder of a 999-year lease from 1973, at a current ground rental of £5 per annum, is Flat 3, Richmond House, 4-5 The Strand, Ryde (lot 103). The 1-bedroom property has a guide price of £70,000 – £75,000.
