Entries are now open for the 2022 edition of Britain’s favourite yacht race, the Round the Island Race, which is being held on Saturday 25th June 2022.
Organisers Island Sailing Club are hoping to build on the success of last year’s race, which saw 8,000 competitors across 1,200 boats take part in the race around the coast of the Isle of Wight.
For 2022, the event has teamed up with Marathon Watch (official race timekeeper) and B&G (official race marine electronics) as new race partners, with continued support from Helly Hansen and Chelsea Magazines.
The Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust continues to be the Official Charity Partner for the race.
