UPDATED: At least two vehicles have been involved in a road traffic collision on Medina Way in Newport this morning (Wednesday).
Police and paramedics are currently attending the incident on the southbound carriageway near to the Fairlee Road link road.
No one is believed to have been seriously injured.
Motorists are facing delays in the area and are advised to find an alternative route, if possible. Medina Way remains open, as well as the link road.
UPDATE @ 11:05 – One person has been conveyed to St Mary’s Hospital for treatment.
The scene is being cleared.
