47-year-old Duncan Milne is due to appear in court charged with drink driving after crashing his vehicle on Middle Road on the outskirts of Carisbrooke. Milne, of Chapel Street in Newport, will appear before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court later this month having been the driver involved in a crash, in which he is alleged to have been over the drink-drive limit.
