ANOTHER Island hotspot where vehicles jump the
traffic lights.
It is 2025, F.F.S place decent camera’s above all traffic lights
around the island.
It is not rocket science.
The speed camera programme was paused in 2021 by the council. There, or was, £300k in the budget for 2 camera vans. The councillors said there was no evidence of cameras having an impact.
Heavy fines on a regular basis would have an
impact.
My son lives and works in the big smoke,
he won’t drive above 20mph because he knows
what will happen!
Numpties on the island can drive at 80mph+
and jump red lights and nothing will happen.
Unless plod are nearby at the time and catch the
lawless numpties.
Camera’s do work.
Fact!!
I would love to see Sadiq Khan take control of
Isle of Wight roads, things would change for the
better and our roads would be safe for our children
and their grandchildren.
Get yourself a life, you must sit on your computer all day waiting to reply to every story.
Hahahahahaha! The man who has single-handedly ruined one of the finest cities in the world. You really have lost the plot now.
Nurse!!
Why don’t they advertise probable cause, also did the police do a drugs test, breathalizer, eye test ??
Drug/drink tests are routine at any RTA, for all involved parties, that the police attend, no matter who is at fault. If you’re an innocent party and fail a drug/drink test, tough….
More utter shit driving..
