UPDATED: Emergency services are attending a road traffic collision near Brading this afternoon (Monday).
2 vehicles have collided on the brow of a hill on West Lane, forcing the closure of the road between Ashey and Brading.
Police were alerted to the incident at just gone 16:00.
UPDATE @ 16:32 – No one has been seriously injured in the crash, which has involved a Toyota Yaris and an Audi Q5.
Recovery of both vehicles has been arranged. In the meantime, the road remains blocked.
UPDATE @ 17:30 – The road has now reopened in both directions.
