Each year members of Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club take part in a mixed greensomes stableford competition for the rather unusual prize of a rolling pin – and 2018 proved no exception.
The event, which took place on Bank Holiday Monday, has always been well supported.
The competition was hard fought, but taking the coveted Rolling Pin was the husband and wife team of Clint and Carole Bingham on countback with 42 points.
Shawn Ford and Linda Piche ‘rolled in’ as runners-up whilst Neil Hallett and Joyce Petrie took third place with 40 points.
