Homes and businesses in central Ryde have been hit by a power cut this evening (Friday).
17 postcode areas in PO33 2– have lost supply due to a network fault.
The power went off at just gone 18:00 as families sat down for dinner.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks are aware of the fault and estimate that power will be restored by 21:30.

50 years as an electricity worker you should have retired long ago before you lost your memory and you can’t have done a good job with all the outages and faults that you will not believe to be power shedding. Also why are all the outages the same times and the fault is always expected to be fixed by 9.30pm. I’ll tell you why cos its all bs just like what come out with.
