Dave Pearce, East 17, Blazin Squad, So Solid Crew and Artful Dodger are among the first acts announced for the Isle of Wight Dance Weekender taking place at Robin Hill on 9th/10th May.
Early Bird tickets have now gone on sale as the first phase of artists is announced for the inaugural event, with a lineup of classic and contemporary dance acts set to perform across both days.
The Isle of Wight Dance Weekender aims to bring some of the biggest names in dance music to the Isle of Wight, providing a mix of 90s and 2000s favourites alongside pioneering DJs.
The 2‑day event will run from 12:00‑22:00 on Saturday 9th and 14:00‑22:00 on Sunday 10th May, with music across the Main Arena under a giant circus‑style big top complete with full sound, lights, laser and effects.
The acts announced today include Majestic, East 17, Artful Dodger, So Solid Crew, Black Box, K‑Klass, Dave Pearce, Heartless Crew, Blazin Squad, Utah Saints, Slipmatt and DJ Omar, with more names expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Organisers are urging festival goers to secure their tickets as soon as possible, as Early Bird tickets are only available for a limited time. A range of ticket options are available, including Full Payment and Payment Plan choices, along with VIP upgrades and camping or glamping packages.
Camping options range in size and style, from basic 2 person tents up to larger bell tents and tipi accommodation, with details available directly from The Price Is Wight.
