Police are appealing for information following a road traffic collision that saw a van driver flee the scene after crashing into a parked vehicle in Ryde last night (Saturday).
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary were first called at around 22:00 to a report of a road traffic collision on Well Street near the junction with Quarry Road.
It was reported that the collision involved a tipper truck and a parked van. The driver of the truck failed to stop at the scene.
No injuries have been reported, but anyone with information relating to the incident is asked to contact 101 quoting 44240395716.
