Champagne corks are popping at Wootton’s Bayliss & Booth following a trio of successful award recognitions. The year kicked off in March with the store being 1 of 3 finalists in the Isle of Wight Radio Best in Business Awards Independent Retailer of the Year category. Recognised as being ‘stiff competition’ by IW Radio, the store came away with a ‘Highly Commended’ credit. In May, Bayliss & Booth were proud and excited to announce that they had been awarded the title of Best Lifestyle Store in the prestigious 2024 Muddy Stilettos Awards for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region. Renowned for celebrating the finest local businesses, with a focus on those that bring vibrancy and excellence to their communities, The Muddy Stilettos Awards reached over 10 million people nationally in 2024, with more than 515,000 nominations and votes cast across 21 lifestyle categories across 28 counties. Carole Lambert who owns the store with husband Peter commented:

As regional winners, Bayliss & Booth were then in the running for the 2024 National Muddy Stilettos Awards in July judged by experienced editors and with just 5 successful finalists per category, Bayliss & Booth were very honoured to have been shortlisted. Peter Lambert, has said:
